What do I do if the product is defective?
We are very sorry that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.
In order to help you, we need you to send us some photos of the defective item along with a brief description of the problem . This will allow us to review your case as quickly as possible.
If the product is confirmed to be non-compliant (for example, if it is damaged or does not correspond to the description), we will refund the full amount paid , including the initial shipping costs, within a maximum period of 28 days .
Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product, unless otherwise indicated.
